What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we meet a new customer, our interaction with the client is very simple. We spend some time go over the concerns areas of the house to be cleaned with the customer. We also go in details of the cleaning process. We measure the areas to be cleaned, we write and present a quote to the customer, upon the approval, we will start the cleaning process.
