About
Matt Seidel has been actively participating in the Austin real estate market since early 2007, when he acquired his real estate license. As an outstanding producer, he received the award for Most Units Sold in the office where he worked with approximately 1000 other agents from 2007-2011. He has welcomed the opportunity to help Sellers get the most money for their property in the shortest amount of time and to assist Buyers in obtaining the best deal possible. He achieves these goals by diligent research, gathering comparable data, being totally honest about value, and staying informed about current market trends.
Because of Matt's personal investments in real estate, he has also made it one of his priorities to assist a large client base of investors in locating and purchasing properties that will turn a profit. Having personal expertise and knowledge gives him an edge when evaluating what a realistic offer would be on an available property, what types of improvements would need to be made, and what type of return one can expect on his or her investment.
In addition to a large number of Single-Family Homes, Matt has also sold many condos, vacant lots, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, office buildings, and even apartment complexes.
When Matt Seidel is working for you as your Realtor, you can be confident in his integrity. He will be thorough, honest, and ethical; conducting business for you as he would conduct his own. He shares the philosophy of W. Edwards Deming, "Profit in business comes from repeat customers, customers that boast about your product or service, and that bring friends with them." Join his repeat customers today; find out why they keep coming back and why they refer others to him.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Meeting or Phone Call to determine their needs and where they are in the process of Buying, Selling, or Investing in Real estate.
-The next steps are determined by that initial meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-I've been a Realtor in Austin, TX for 13 years.
-I've SOLD everything from Vacant Lots to MANY, MANY Homes, Duplexes, and Apartment Buildings.
-I've taken over 900 hours in additonal training, passed the rigorous testing, and have become a Broker! I now have my own Real Estate Brokerage, MKS Properties.
-NOTHING beats experience. I have it. In addition to many, many "normal" real estate transactions, I have done ALL of the weird stuff; Seller Financing, Mobile Homes, Burned Houses, Methlabs, Private Money Deals, Foreclosures (both Buying & Selling sides), etc. etc. etc.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
-If you're Buying, my services are free.
-If you're Selling, my fee is 6%.
How did you get started in this business?
-Ha! Long story.....but the short version is; back in 2005-2006 I was trying to invest in Real Estate and wasn't having success. I thought it was the fault of the Realtors I was working with, so I decided to go and get my License and do it for myself. After that, I not only realized that I was wrong about it being their fault, but I realized that I really loved Selling Real Estate and I was really good at it! My passion is leading, protecting, and guiding my Clients through the process!
