Have a couple of different packages. I also do phone consultations.
Hourly rates for phone and on-site are $250.00 per hour. Packages are more cost-efficient.
How did you get started in this business?
1996 I began my training and working with people for free. In 2000 I left my corporate job to do feng shui full=time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Corporate, small to medium-sized businesses, homeowners, schools, churches, restaurants, holistic centers, medical offices, retail, condos, home offices, and dog stores. I usually work with owners and their personal assistants or managers as they help implement the solutions.
For homeowners, I work with those looking for the best home, designing a home (work with them and their architect), staging a home to sell for best price, redesigning a home for a better feel, combining homes when 2 people get married, moving into a new home,landscaping a yard or adding curb appeal for selling at best price.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your homework. Not all consultants are properly trained. Get references if you need to. Make sure they answer all your questions and have experience and training. Be sure to use a consultant who is trained in Classical Feng Shui for maximum results, but make sure they do practice!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is your vision, desire for your project? What is the best help you can get? ie: What will make your life easier and more joyful?
