A little bit about me: I have been a RE/MAX ONE agent since 2014. I was a Beaumont Board of REALTORS scholarship recipient and finished college with a 4.0 GPA. I specialize in rural area and ranch/farm homes. Before I was a REALTOR, I worked with one of the TOP Arabian Racehorse breeders in the world. I believe that if you surround yourself with greatness you will be great! I believe that with joining this RE/MAX ONE family I have done just that! I decided it was a great fit for me and my family and went tocollege to get the best education for this field possible.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire are full time agent with a well known company that will work around the clock to sell your property if necessary. Not Just a Mon-Friday and 9-5 or only on their days off from their other job REALTOR. Hire a REALTOR that has a plan to get your home sold quickly, make sure it goes on the local MLS and the other internet advertising outlets.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
