A little bit about me: I have been a RE/MAX ONE agent since 2014. I was a Beaumont Board of REALTORS scholarship recipient and finished college with a 4.0 GPA. I specialize in rural area and ranch/farm homes. Before I was a REALTOR, I worked with one of the TOP Arabian Racehorse breeders in the world. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Hire are full time agent with a well known company that will work around the clock to sell your property if necessary. Not Just a Mon-Friday and 9-5 or only on their days off from their other job REALTOR. Hire a REALTOR that has a plan to get your home sold quickly, make sure it goes on the local MLS and the other internet advertising outlets.
