Having worked corporate America providing sororityervices to pet owners I wanted to be different in the way of how I provide care to pets. If my fellow pet owners are anything like myself their animals are their children, that being said I'm going to treat them as I would treat my own. Often times I have to take extra time with a nervous pet or perhaps a nervous pet parent. However at the end of the day what matters to me is that while in my care that pet and that pet parent was comfortable and confident that they were receiving the absolute best care possible. I also have 8 years experience in scissoring technique as well as Asian fusion and creative grooming. And I'm one of the few groomers that Grooms cats.
When I begin providing customer service within the Animal Care industry it changed my life. Ever since there is not a morning that I do not wake up where I am not grateful that I have a career that I love. I have had the opportunity to work both corporate private as well as independent contractor. Providing care for both exotic and domestic pets. My focus is canine feline and equine. You receive so much fulfillment when working with animals the unconditional love, and acceptance from a mammal that doesn't speak English but lets you know how they love you through body language, there's nothing quite like it.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially off first introduction is over the telephone or via email followed by a phone call. Should the client wish to meet prior to my providing a service I am more than happy to do so. Some days I am able to provide same-day service never will a client wait more than a week. I accept payment through zelle as well as Google pay. It is my promise to my clients that their fur babies will receive the best care as if they were my own child
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal Academy training that includes free specific pattern setting and scissoring. I have also certifications and Salon safety as well as Asian fusion and creative grooming. I never stop learning I never stop taking classes in this industry you always have to keep up with the latest trends the latest techniques. More importantly there's always better and safer methods to adopt as we learn more about our four-legged friends we become better equipped to care for them.
