Full Scope Property Inspections, PLLC
A Full Scope is a complete inspection, we don't cut corners.
We take pride in evaluating every home as if it were our own.
We walk every roof (unless it would damage the roof like in the case of clay tile or slate), we inspect every accessible crawl space and attic.
We use thermal imaging on every inspection to help identify poorly insulated areas, air conditioning/heat leaks in the ductwork and water damage.
I especially enjoy helping young couples with their first home.
