Denise, was very professional. My dog usually scares easy but she was gentle and he wasnt scared a bit. Kind of told her the haircut that I wanted him to have and she followed through. Good job Denise thank you

She took her time to get to know my Gizmo before she started. Every stage of the grooming was done with skill, patience, and awesome ability!! She far exceeded my expectations and I will never use another groomer, because I found the BEST GROOMER today! I am just so very grateful and Gizmo and I are both looking forward to seeing her every 6-8 weeks from now on!! No more paying too much for so called professional groomers ever again!! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most times I will ask for a picture of your pet. This is theost accurate way I can provide a quote without seeing your pet or running my hands over the coat. After a quote is accepted, the we can discuss details about location, because I do In-Home Grooming or you can choose to bring the baby to me!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have seven years of experience as a veterinary technician, I have worked at Dog Spas, Doggie Daycares, several grooming establishments, and I have owned Luv 4 Paws Grooming for four and a half years now. In total, I have around twenty years of experience with animals.
