I have 30 + years experience.
I am a retired professional AKC dog handler and groomer.
I have lived in New Braunfels TX since 1972. Graduated NBHS in 1982. Married my high school sweetheart. We have 2 kids and 6 grandkids.
I have a shop downtown NB on San Antonio St. , Encore Pet Spa open Monday -Fri 9-5 We do take apiontments. No walk ins.
I also will come to your home and work out of your utility room , garage, or outside. Whatever works for you. I bathe dogs in your bathtub.I clean up mess before leaving your home.

All baths and grooms include glands, toe nails,ears, groom , bath, and blow dried.
No aggressive dogs. They will be sent home!
No de-matteing of hair. Owner will be called before shaveing of pets hair to notify them of condition of pet..
How did you get started in this business?
My family owned and operated one of the first Kennels and grooming shops in 1972. Willow Creek Kennels. We raised AKC registered Standard Dachshunds.All 3 varieties. In 19 80's we breed the # 1 wirehair dachshund in the country. I also raised English Setters. I learned to groom from my mom and have always groomed my own show dogs. You could say I was raised in this profession. I continued after high school showing and grooming professionaly. I retired in the 90's. Now I strickly groom for clients and enjoy thier pets.
