Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have up front pricing which can be given by phone or via text, this will be for all our standard routine services. Photos can be helpful to make sure pricing is correct. We then send an estimate via email for the services for review and approval prior to arriving to a household or commercial location. This ensures the customer is aware of the service and the cost for such service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
David Brown our Master Plumbing has completed all the required courses and continuing education to keep his license current with the Texas State Plumbing Board of Examiners.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have standard pricing for routine plumbing services, larger projects are on a case by case basis. We are always fair in our pricing and strive to stay competitive.
How did you get started in this business?
Started running service calls out of a 2 door Chevy Cavalier, it was not only difficult but not practical. Now we have a fleet of 5 work vehicles.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential & Commercial
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently attended an event for a local non-profit organization that helps recent exonorees and their families through difficult times with family events, counseling and more. This was such an amazing event to attend and participate in, it was such an eye opener to not only the justice system but how situations can go bad and wrong so quickly.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Its very important to hire a licensed contractor for services that require a license, such as plumbing. There are times when its okay to hire a handyman, neighbor or friend but are they insured? what can they do in the event a repair is not performed correctly? A small repair done incorrectly can cause a ton of property damage in just moments.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are they licensed?
Are they insured?
How much experience do they have?
Are they knowledgeable when asking specific questions?
Do you feel comfortable doing business with them?
Have they shown you their license? (Note: Apprentice, Tradesman & Journeyman are not licensed to perform repairs outside of a company)
