What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost we like to do a meet and greet with our customers, so that we get a chance to sit down and fully understand what the customer is looking for and to insure we aare both a good fit for the work they are needing. Then we will always do an overview of what the customer is looking for and have them sign off on the work that they are wanting. we feel that a complete understanding of all work that needs to be done saves alot of misunderstandings and mistakes. we will then start the work and insure the customer is in the loop the entire time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Stillwater building & Construction has been providing quality work for homeowners and businesses in the east Texas area since 2015. I Have personally been in the building trade for well over 30 yrs and have been trained by master carpenters and builders from the beginning. Our employees have been in the building trade for more than 10 years each. We do back grounf checks and drug test ever employee before hiring.
