I am an engineer by degree and 4th generation residential construction. My standard inspection includes use of thermal imager, gas leak detector, carbon monoxide detector, and circuit analyzer.
A typical inspection lasts 4 hours and then I allow 45 minutes - 1 hour to walk thru the findings. Digital reports is always emailed the same day.
Every house is different, which keeps things interesting!
