I'm a professionally licensed home inspector, TREC #20988, and termite technician, TDA #0728447. I have a background in foundation repair and have been performing home inspections in DFW since 2014. I am passionate about meticulously inspecting every property and taking the extra time to inform my clients. Most inspections take 3-4 hours and I spend an average of 45 minutes or more going over the findings with my clients so they have a thorough understanding of the property condition. For the price of an inspection fee, usually $300-$500, I have saved my clients tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. If the property needs a new roof, foundation repairs or has unsafe wiring or any number of other conditions, you need to know before making the purchase. I love the detective work that goes into the inspection process and the fact that every house is a different puzzle to solve.
