I do a standard real estate inspection following the Texas Real Estate Commission standards of practice. I also provide:
Inspection of the main sewer line with a camera.
A detailed foundation slab inspection using a zip level.
Lawn sprinkler per zone.
Pool and spa.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Will need current address, inspection address, buyer/listing agents, information about the property such as:
Are the utilities gas, water, electric on?
Will schedule and inspection date and time window and send a service agreement via email to be signed and returned before the inspection.
Will advise about the actual inspection time usually a minimum of 4 hours depending on the size and whats involved it may take longer. You may want to meet me at the property before completion for a review of my findings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Professional inspector TREC license # 21680
I have experience with hundreds of satisfied customers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My prices start at 300.00 and go up depending on the size of the home and what is needed to be inspected. For example I charge extra for a pool inspection, detailed analysis of the conctrete slab using a zip level, or inspecting the homes sewer line with a camera. (Impotrant in my area of Texas due to soil characteristics in this area)
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check to make sure they are licensed in the state of Texas by asking for a license number and going to trec.texas.gov and searching for them.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you from the Dallas Fort Worth area? Are you familure with foundation and plumbing issues that can be both serious and common in this area of the country?
