FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Will need current address, inspection address, buyer/listing agents, information about the property such as:

Are the utilities gas, water, electric on?

Will schedule and inspection date and time window and send a service agreement via email to be signed and returned before the inspection.

Will advise about the actual inspection time usually a minimum of  4 hours depending on the size and whats involved it may take longer. You may want to meet me at the property before completion for a review of my findings.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a licensed Professional inspector TREC license # 21680

I have experience with hundreds of satisfied customers.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

My prices start at 300.00 and go up depending on the size of the home and what is needed to be inspected. For example I charge extra for a pool inspection, detailed analysis of the conctrete slab using a zip level, or inspecting the homes sewer line with a camera. (Impotrant in my area of Texas due to soil characteristics in this area)
