What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer would call our office, schedule a service call according to their schedule, expect a call from the office or the tech when he is in route to the property, the tech will diagnose problem and give different options for solution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our techs/installers are EPA, Nate, and State certified.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started in this business?
I worked with my father when I was 9 years old in the Hvac industry. I was his gopher during the summers. Once I completed high school I went to Trade School for 8 hours a day 5 days a week for 2 years while barrtending at night to pay for school and bills. Once I completed school I finished with my universal EPA LICENSE and NATE certification, 5 years later I got my contractors license and started Frost Brothers heating and air.

Hire a pro not a chuck in a truck!

That's what we are here for to answer any question you have on your Hvac unit, there are no dumb questions. If you don't know then you don't know. We take pride in educating our customers.
