I chose to work in this industry because of my vast knowledge of the cause and effect of Native Soils; as well as the construction of Monolithic, Slab on Grade, and Tilt Wall constructed buildings and Dwellings.

I am a Structural Engineer with a degree from the University of Texas.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The pricing is very reflective to the amount of damage the house has sustained. The longer the problem is present, the more expensive the repair can become. If one feels they are experiencing foundation issues, please do not wait any longer to call a Professional for an evaluation.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this bussines roughly 15 years ago. I was the National Account Manager for a rather large Foundation Repair company by the name of Olshan Foundation Repair. As people mature and grow, so do their ideas. This sometimes doesn't fit the bussines mold that others have created any longer. I broke off nearly 6 years ago and created Titan Structural Solutions LLC.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with customers of all types!!! No matter the project....Large or Small....we are here to help and educate.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please choose a company that presents you all the facts that are needed when it comes to the repair. Foundation Repair is not something you want to take likely. There are so many companies just trying to feed sales guys that sometimes information or pricing gets distorted due to "hard times" per say. Most importantly; Go with some one you trust, or that you have a comfort leval with.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
In all honesty; if customers are at the point in which one is contemplating calling a Foundation Repair company, do not put the call off any longer. Hesitancy and waiting on Foundation Repair can only make matters worse. The more a house settles, the higher the possibility becomes of major structural issues and possible cracking or breaking to the underslab sanitary sewer system......MAKE THE CALL!
