The Zoo Crew Pet Taxi
About
My dad said when you are doing something you love it's not a job and I love animals 💗. In town that is full of pet lovers and plenty of people who have a pet business, I am one of the few who provide transportation.
I love helping people with their pets in any way they need. I have been learning from my dad since I was a little one and I have formal and hands on experience with dogs and cats

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since I provide a wide range of services, the first thing I want to find out is what services are being requested. At this point the conversation will either proceed or end depending on if i am able to assist. Should we proceed to the next step,I will start by introducing myself, give a little info about my pack, my training, experience, and education. I also ask for profiles of the animals the services are for, age, special needs and meds, temperament, what usually eases them and what they are not huge fans of, vaccination records are up to date,
I like to get as much information as I can in order to provide them with the best possible services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Transportation is the main service I offer. All other services are available based on the client's needs and location. Anything over 15 mile radius has a $25 base rate. All transports require $50 non refundable service fee. Some clients are eligible for discounts based on their income but some restrictions will apply.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the pet businesses by following my pop's footsteps. It is true that when you're doing something you love or you can help someone, it's not a job anymore, but an extended hobby with perks
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my clients treat their fur babies like they treat their human kids, Some have used the boarding service to abandon the animal, which is how I ended up with two of the year four dogs I own.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
medications and special needs, whether or not they on with other animals, if the dog is aggressive or disabled in any way
