I find what most others miss and my report is custom written. You won't be overwelmed with a lot of pages of almost nothing. My typical report is 20-26 pages long instead of 75+ and the the same or more information included with large easy to view photos. Give me a call, you will be glad you did.
I enjoy helping people and informing them of things to look for in their home or ways to maintain their home themself if they wish. I give my clients the knowledge they need and they decide what to do with it.
