    Kirby and his associate Rejeani were (are) awesome. A few other realtors (found via acquaintances) said they would list our home, but they never did any homework and made us feel like they were doing us a favor. Kirby showed up prepared and sincerely dedicated to his craft... and made it easy on us. We cleaned the house, and he did the rest - Listed on Thursday night, multiple offers on that Sunday evening. What was most impressive is anytime we had a question, Kirby picked up the phone. Equally impressive on the buying end, Rejeani listened to what we were looking for and found us just that... And same as Kirby - she picked up the phone every time my wife called (which was a lot). Couldn't be more pleased with both sides of the deal and both Kirby and Rejeani.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process for working with home sellers is pretty straight forward.  We like to have a complimentary 10-15 minute phone conversation to get details on home that will be sold and also to find out more about the seller and their plans.  If it seems like it would be a good fit, we'll then schedule a time to go out to see the home and then show the home seller how we get homes sold so fast.  In home visits normall take about an hour, but can be taylored to the sellers needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelors degree in Finance from the University of North Texas. (Honors include making the Deans List)

I'm also, not just a Realtor and sales person.  I'm a broker, which is the highest designation from the Texas Real Estate Commission.  As a broker, I have a higher level of education and responsibility to not only my clients, but to also my peers.
