Upon receiving a request for my services my focus is on listening to the client's desired location. From there we work together to determine the "must haves" and "desires". My team creates a list of homes to send the client in email. The client determines the homes they would like to preview. We will discuss current market conditions and insure the client remains in their preferred price point. As we continue our search, we guide the client from preview to closing. Excellent service is our primary goal. The highest compliment a Realtor can receive is our client's referrals.
Continuing education to maintain our licensure status is mandatory. My team excels in Top Producer awards. By attending seminars outside the scope of required courses, our team remains informed on industry specific changes. We must know current market conditions as it relates to builder standards, finance options and requirements.
Clients will be pre-approved prior to previewing homes. Our team needs this information in order to tailor the home search process to the Buyer's financing. There are various finance options that must be considered when assisting the client in the home previewing process.
During my quest to leave "Corporate America" I sold my home. My Realtor was fabulous. I had an "Aha" moment! I decided I would enjoy working with folks on a more personal level. Once I got bitten by the bug, I jumped in and twenty years later I remain enthusiastic and highly motivated in a career that is challenging yet fulfilling.
Hmmm..."types" of clients .... I've worked with every type of client, first time home buyers, empty nesters, budget minded and extremely wealthy. Every "type" of client is important as my standard of service is consistently exceptional. My reputation is dependent upon my client's satisfaction.
Guiding first time home buyers through the entire building, finance and closing processes and seeing the pride and excitement when I handed them the keys to their first home!!!
Interview several Realtors to determine who you are most likely to "click" with. The buying or selling process will require much communication between you and your agent. You must feel this person has your interests and concerns in mind on a continual basis. You must have confidence in the agent that represents you in one of the largest investments you will make in your life.
1. Timeline in purchasing or selling a home. If these transactions are to occur simultaneously (selling a home to purchase a home).
2. Your preferred Lender. Many agents have resources to offer if you are not locked in with a Lender.
3. List your priorities as far as desired location, school district, proximity to major highways for commuting or medical necessities.
4. Drive through locations you may consider. If you are not living near your desired location, ask your agent for resources to become familiar with your preferred location.
