It was great to work with Mario. Very responsive and was very helpful. On the day of my mount install, I moved the tv myself and shattered my screen. I called Mario to cancel the service, but he offered to still place the mount on the wall and come back to hang the tv once I got a replacement. As a bonus, he even wanted to pick up the tv for me and deliver it himself.
The next day I decided to purchase a tv and called him. In 30 minutes, he was at my apartment and took care of everything. If there’s one thing I regret, it’s that I didn’t pay to have him do cable management for me lol. Will call him to mount my gf’s tv in a few weeks. Amazing service.
