About
I have been in the Real Estate Industry for almost 20 years. My first 13 years were spent as a loan officer getting people qualified for the financing they needed to purchase a home. I wanted to challenge myself more in the industry so I went back to school to become a licensed Home Inspector, so for the past 6 years I have been inspecting hones helping people find the perfect forever home.
Outside of being able to inspect your home we offer a variety of ancillary services at an additional cost where we inspect swimming pools & spas, outbuildings, as well as offering a Wood Destroying Insect Report via a Third Part Company. We inspect Crawl Spaces, we offer Thermal Imaging for those possibly moist areas, and we inspect the Irrigation System.

I am a Licensed Professional Home Inspector from AHIT. I carry several certifications for Ancillary services such as Swimming Pool & Spas, Thermal Imaging, and Irrigation Systems.

I started out in this business as a loan officer and wanted to challenge myself more so I went back to school to become a Home Inspector.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers, from first time home buyers, to investors, to people who flip homes, to people who build homes, as well as commercial builders who build shopping centers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The advise I would give a customer looking to hire a professional for a Home Inspection would be to ask as many questions as possible so that you know the Inspector is knowledgeable in the field, and truly has your best interest in mind at all times.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1) How long do I have to make a decision on a Home Inspector?
Most customers have a option period that has a deadline, or they are trying to figure out if anything is wrong with the property before the 1 year warranty expires.
2.) Am I financially prepared to invest in a Home Inspector?
Most inspection will cost a few hundred dollars.
