For Sellers - I've helped 16 buyers & 13 sellers in the past 12 months to successful sales. It is a challenging market for buyers thus it's important for you to work with a realtor that has experience negotiating in the multi-and-competing offer environment. My experience will help you to negotiate the best price as well as terms for the contract AND ensure that the buyer that we select is going to close the loan (which is absolutely key to the successful sale of the home).
For Buyers - I've helped multiple buyers in this challenging market filled with multiple & competing offers and especially enjoy working with first time home buyers - spending lots of time to help them understand the purchase process, contracts, and of-course everything related to finding the house that makes the most sense for their individual needs. I work with multiple great lenders as well and can help you get started with a winning lender. I have multiple strategies to help Buyers win with this extremely challenging purchase market - and have been very successful in helping buyers get the home. I also review each house very carefully and help buyers understand the pro's & con's of the home condition, location, pricing, comps, all aspects of the home purchase decision process. I have lots of experience working with inspectors and others related to home condition and issues that may arise during the inspection process. I spend lots of time in negotiations to make sure that my Buyers get the best deal.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to understand their needs first. Once I have a good understanding of their situation and needs I bring the necessary resources to help them become successful with their real estate journey. I work with both Sellers and Buyers so have lots of experience and perspective that will help them follow a strategically successful process.

Each situation is different. I am a broker of my own company so I have the latitude to do whatever I want as far as pricing goes.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Sellers and Buyers in all price ranges and types of homes. I specializing in residential real estate in Fort Worth and surrounding areas. From Wiley/Plano to Azle/Springtown and from Denton/Krum to Crowley/Mansfield and everywhere in between – I have helped Buyers and Sellers for the past 10+ years. I had a prospective client once ask me if I worked in a certain area. My response was that I work with whomever the LORD provides me and wherever that leads me. SO, I treat each and every opportunity to help folks with their real estate journey as a divine appointment.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I love working in real estate and am very excited about working with every new client and their individual situation. My hope and prayer is that I will positively impact their experience and be a true blessing to their real estate process and journey.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find someone who has the time and energy, skill and expertise, to provide quality time and effort for you. I do this for every client.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It's my job to help clients get from A to Z with the real estate process. I love to field their questions and especially enjoy it when I see the 'ah ha' light bulb come on in their brain. I wouldn't suggest overthinking anything as I will help you get through this process with as little stress and as much knowledge as possible.
