My team and I provide excellent customer service from start to finish. I’m a retired Army Veteran so I work with other veterans also on using their VA certificate. We check in on our currant and past clients to ensure they have adjust comfortably in their new homes. We provide professional market analysis on homes you would like to buy or the house you want to sell or lease out. We work with a lot of industry professionals (Mortgage Lenders, Home Inspectors, Home Warranty Companies, etc) to help you get the best deals for your sale or purchase. Our small team provides the personal touch that larger teams lacks.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buyers: We would like to find out what’s your needs aim a home, preferred location, time frame to purchase and if you have been pre-approved by a lender as yet. Ask us how you can save a couple thousands on your home purchase with us.
Sellers: We would like to know when do you want to sell, and what’s owed on the house.
Lease Out: When do you want it on the market.
Lease: How soon are you looking to lease. What’s your budget and what’s your current credit score.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m license to sell real estate in the state of Texas. My team and I have sold and bought many homes since 2016. We attended Champions School of Real Estate. We continuously take classes as it relates to real estate.

Our commission is 6% of the sales price of the home when representing a seller.
3% commission paid to us by the seller’s agent when we are representing a buyer.
A half of one months rent is our commission paid to us by the seller’s agent when we are representing a tenant who wants to lease a home.
