What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
make sure that you interview not just a fast talking agent, but one that has your interests and cares about you. This business is flashy and can sometimes lead to the wrong expectations. Real Estate is a hard business, there are many bumps along the way, make sure you have a good seasoned agent who can take you on a smooth ride.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have you previewed the competition, (most agents don't)
Do you have a plan to get my home sold (yes)
Communication is key (there are a lot of agents that will try to buy the business and give you an unrealistic # then become secret agetns)
