Moving from out of state, it was especially important for us to find a realtor who understood the local market and could help us become knowledgeable quickly. Somer was exceptional by every measure--enthusiastic, responsive, sharp, communicative, and helpful in a thousand ways. She made our home purchase so much easier than we could have even hoped for--she is great to work with! We had two days to find a home, ideally, and she organized our search so we could narrow down the areas we wanted to be in. We wanted to see as many homes as possible so she set up 30+ viewings, keeping all the documentation organized and helping us stay focused. The negotiation process, steps to closing, and all paperwork was made much easier by her attention to detail. She has our highest recommendation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The key element is to listen to my clients. It is crucial I understand their needs, lifestyle desires, and their future goals so that I can properly and successfully guide them in the right direction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Real Estate consists of continuous education to maintain our license and better serve our clients. A few designations I have earned are Certified Negotiation Expert and Certified Home Marketing Specialist. Currently, I am studying for my brokers license.
