What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with my customers for a consultation to determine their real estate needs. In this meeting it will give both the customer and myself an opportunity to set realistic expectations on the home selling, home buying or leasing process. I always want to ensure that this will be a win-win situation for the both of us.
