What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process when working with a new client varies as every new buyer or seller can bring a very unique scenario that they are having to work with. For Sellers our appointment will essentially cover all the basis from an estimated sales price to proceeds and everything in between. When our appointment is finished all of your questions will be answered and you will be confident about your choices going forward. 

I love meeting buyers to essentially discuss the entire process prior to looking at our first home. I work with lenders, home inspectors, appraisers, title companies, handymen and pretty much everyone that can assist us for a successful home buying purchase. You will be represented by a sage & aggressive negotiator who will make you feel like the only client I am working with. I am exceptionally good at working with curveballs, dealing with issues and being persuasive. I have an excellent working knowledge of the home buying process and take pride in telling you what you should hear versus what you want to hear. I'm here 7 days a week. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have ongoing industry education requirements, numerous awards, accolades that all are relevant to my success, but my best training has been my experience. I have worked with $20,000 homes to 2 million. I enjoy working with "the average Joe" and have been on a "mostly referral basis" for 10 of the last 15 years. My past clients are consistently referring their closest family members, friends and colleagues. I take an enormous about of pride in this honor and strive to continue this trend.
