Hi! I’m Melody Barlow. As a resident of NW Houston for 28 years and a seasoned Realtor, I provide a neighborhood specialist's familiarity with local communities, home values, and price trends. It’s my sincere desire to provide exceptional service to each and every client I work with.

I enjoy the entire process. I want my clients to understand the process from beginning to end. I encourage them to ask me every possible question as many times as necessary for them to fully understand. There are no stupid questions, except the ones that don't get asked.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conversation, then setup a meeting at my office to discuss the process of buying or selling, and figure out a plan and timeline for accomplishing the customers goals.

Buyers and sellers don't pay anything for my services until we reach the closing table. I do require that they sign a representation agreement that outlines the duties and services that I provide, and that the client agrees to.
