What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You definitely need a pro, especially in this day and age. Get education, ask questions and not just about the home, but ask your agent about their historical experiences. This goes a long way when finding out if your agent is very well informed and knowledgeable about current market, and available buying and selling options.
