This was the worse experience. I made the appointment almost 2 weeks in advance then I had to call to verify the night before. The company did not respond until 8 pm the night before. Then the day of the move, when they were 30 minutes late, I had to call them to find out what was going on. They said they were running late and would be over 2 hours later than the appointment. Why did I have to call them? They should have contacted me. Finally 2 and 1/2 hours late I get a call from a completely different moving company saying my company had passed the job to them. My original movers never called and told me this was happening. I asked them if the same $400 fee no added charges would be upheld. The new company said yes but when the job went to 4 hours and 20 minutes they added additional charges.
This was the most unprofessional and frustrating experience. The Best Movers of Houston and The Right Movers are both horrifying and I recommend that you do not use them.
