What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself with a one on one meeting to go through the process and manage expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the Customer Service industry for over 20 years and inclusive of 7 years I have been a Realtor. As a Realtor we take mandatory education classes in order to become licensed as well as continueing education classes to keep up to date with changes that accur in our industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It is stadard when selling a home, commissions are paid at 6% of the sales price when representing the Seller. When representing the Buyer, a sales commission is still payable by the Seller at the closing of the transaction.
How did you get started in this business?
I decided to transition from a 20 year career in Hospitality Management into Real Estate. I became licensed in 2009 just before the housing crisis of 2009. I treat every transaction as a learning opportunity in order to build trust with my clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Buyers, Sellers, Invensters, First Time Home Buyers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We are licnesed by the State and are held to a strict legal and ethics code. We have our clients best interests at heart!
