In developing nations, as well as high-end custom estate options. in developed nations, such as the USA, where the need for an affordable habitat, with a value-focused price-point. We are driven by environmental consciousness and the need for efficient use of environmentally sensitive materials and zero-waste development methods.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We anticipate the Client's every need. We own the project from conception to completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Universal education at the Graduate and Post Graduate Level. Exposed to combat as a Navy Seabee assigned to a remote FOB for support purposes.

Our Fee Structure is guided by an Owner's Equity ranging between 5% to 20% after one year of completion of the project. Inclusive of either attached or detached single or multi-family housing projects.
How did you get started in this business?
My career began while a teenager in the late '60s. My Grandfather relocated from Maryland to Arizona. where primarily transitioned from constructing Agriculture facilities, utilized by Apple Orchardists, to planning such facilities around the world.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My niche is one to four-family residences situated on a 20K sq. ft. inner-city lot, High-end owner/user commercial developments, and single-family, recreational-related residential estates.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Since I am nearing retirement, new urbanism has piqued my interest in high-density, inner-city affordable housing. My niche is somewhere between Habitat for Humanity and a boutique Crowdfunding approach where the stakeholders wind up with not only a liveable home but a sustainable future with residual income.
