What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to speak with potential clients and listen to what they need and expect from the project at hand. From there, form a repair plan to fit their budget and schedule. Once all that is laid out, we proceed with the project, and if needed, make changes in execution or budgeting. When project is finished I make sure it was completed to the customers satisfaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 15 year's experience in foundation repair, drainage, home improvement and repair in general.
