I like the fence but communication needs improvement because I had to constantly reach out to him regarding the status. Hes got a great opportunity to improve and learn how to communicate better.

I come out meet and greet. See what preoject needs to be done and give him my opinion on certain details he provides.

15 years experience in the fence business from selling to installing.
How did you get started in this business?
I’ve been around this industry since I can remember. My grandfather and father have worked in this field. In summer or school breaks we’d work here with our father.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of customers we offer our services to anyone that is interested in giving us the opportunity to offer our services.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Advice? I would say don’t always go with the lowest and big name companies don’t always do a great job. Take time to research a bit and have a bit of knowledge of what you want to do.
