Our mission here is to provide your pet and you with the best possible care. From vaccines to surgery, senior wellness, or boarding we want to help ensure that your furry friend is as happy and healthy as can be. Whether you’re looking for pet vaccines in Pearland, knee surgery or acupuncture, we want you to think of Claws & Paws as your pet’s home away from home.
We understand that you can’t always take your little one with you when you travel, so we want to be his or her home away from home. We will do whatever it takes to keep your little one (or not so little one) as comfortable as possible while staying with us. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer a phone conversation if an in-person conversation is not possoble. We will find out all necessary needs so we can bet care for your baby/babies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff all receive hand-on training in our facility and are required to complete continuing education each year they are with us.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Boarding is based on pet's weight and range from $22.50 per night for cats to $37.50 for large dogs. Since we are a veterinary hospital, we do have medical staff on duty during business hours. Please contact us for specific pricing on your pet.
How did you get started teaching?
We have a written training protocol in place that ensures all staff are trained in the same manner.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types. We care for dogs, cats, and exotic pets. We do not the means of boarding avain pets.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We hold client appreciate events from time-to-time and we really enjoy those.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't be afraid to ask questions, and take tours of any facility your are considering.
