What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go through an evaluation of the A/C system with the customer and discuss the possible solutions (fix or replace) that fit the budget. We usually present them with at least two choices, short term versus long term comfort.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend all training and seminars held by all A/C manufacturers to keep up with new technologies and functions of all A/C systems.
