What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before I started working on HVAC I went to college to learn it, since then been taking courses in new products to be undated, knowing well every kind of system as heatpump, communication system, geothermal, VRV systems.

Yes we have regular service, maintenance, anual inspección,and some more, on new equipment the price change depending on work to do, equipment, we ask the clients if have any issues in some specific places to fix it.
How did you get started in this business?
my neighbor is a technician I use to go with him to help him and learn about this profession, then I went to the school to take classes, then I glad the first company I worked there I was working all kind of equipment comercial residential and much more.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
In new install take a second opinion, ask technical questions to see if has the knowledge as technician, if is a salesman make sure what says is on paper,
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Tell the tech all issues they have in the pass as rooms with no comfortable, noises, water leaks when changing new equipment is the opotunity to fix that, Experience as technician, warrantys on repairs and new equipment.
