Another heroic save by Steve and his crew. I called Steve at 6:45am today to tell him I had water pouring out of my A/C vents and light fixtures down stairs. He rushed over and found that I had a catastrophic failure at the valve on my hot water heater. He was able to drain it and sent his team over to take out the wet Sheetrock, wet insulation, wet carpet and pad, etc...He installed a new water heater and got dehumidifiers running. This man and his team are truly a blessing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
