I bring 17 years of experience to the table of both helping my clients buy and sell there homes. I also have an indepth knowledge to the foreclosure market. You add that to the rent to own programs I work with and offering my free credit repair for the ones that need it make me stand out from all the other Realtors. Plus adding 25 year of being a top professional sales trainer makes me a very powerful Negotiator for my clients. To be totally honest I'm my clients pit bull I'm caring and protective of my clients but to all the rest look out.
When I got my license and started I made a promise that I would have a fiduary realtionship with all my clients by putting there wants needs and desires above my own. This was a promise I made to myself and the lord above. I change lives on a regular basis in this industry and my heart is warmed every time I do.

meet greet walk the client through the road to the sale explain the whole process and set expectations and explain the current market to avoid heartache. The client also has to know what they will be responsible for so were all on the same page.

17 year of experience is what I bring to the table I have over 55 coninuine education class's maybe more i have experience just about everything that can go on with a Real Estate deal and you want me in your corner when it hits the fan
