    So we have a three-step process for new customers! Step One is a brief phone consultation to get to know each other and to better understand the client's needs. After the phone consultation The next step is the terms and conditions paperwork and checklist. Finally last but not least I need to see pictures of the condition of the property or I need to come to the property in person before giving a decent price. After the clean you are good to go!
