We had some issues where sprinkler heads were not retracting as they should and had some spray coverage issues in a specific area/zone and Daniel with New Era Management was very thorough, fair and even provided advice on things that he felt might be problematic in the future based on the layout of our sprinkler system. We used a different company (who had a higher rating) for approximately the same issues last year and I felt more comfortable/satisfied with the quality of work/price that Daniel provided versus the higher rated company from the year before. Would definitely reach to New Era Management again if needed and would highly recommend.
