After 14 years in the business I know that you want a Realtor who will listen to you and return your calls and emails. I will do that, without question.

If you ask certain agents who have stood between my clients and their real estate goals, they'll probably say that "they wish I wasn't on the other side of their deal". A couple of dozen clients think I leave golden footprints in the sand. I have been called "tenacious" and a "bulldog at negotiating".
