We begin our consultation process with a brief interview by phone or email. We follow up the initial interview with an email which includes a link to an online presentation about our team and our services.
The next step is a face to face visit with our client. If we are selling a home, we prefer to meet at the home being sold. If we are meetinga a buyer, we prefer to meet at our office. During the fact to fact visit, we determine if we are a good fit to meet your expections. Once this has been determined, we enter into a written agreement establishing our relationship as your Realtor of choice and begin our journey.
Our team has combined experience in the Dallas market that exceeds 51 years. We are college degrees as well as extensive training and education in residential real estate. We are constantly learning and improving our services to stay on top of the latest in technology and trends.
We work on a contingency fee basis. When we work with a home owner to sell a property, we are paid a fee based on a percentage of the sales price. When we work with a home buyer, our fee is customarily paid by the seller and listing broker.
