What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin our consultation process with a brief interview by phone or email. We follow up the initial interview with an email which includes a link to an online presentation about our team and our services.
The next step is a face to face visit with our client. If we are selling a home, we prefer to meet at the home being sold. If we are meetinga a buyer, we prefer to meet at our office. During the fact to fact visit, we determine if we are a good fit to meet your expections. Once this has been determined, we enter into a written agreement establishing our relationship as your Realtor of choice and begin our journey.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been serving the Dallas are for over 24 year. Cory and Cindy both eaned their BBA's at the University of North Texas and extensive training and education in residential real estate. We are constantly learning and improving our services to stay on top of the latest in technology and trends.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We work on a contingency fee basis. When we work with a home owner to sell a property, we are paid a fee based on a percentage of the sales price. When we work with a home buyer, our fee is customarily paid by the seller and listing broker.
How did you get started in this business?
My real estate career began as a part-time endeavor in 1998 when I was a young mother with a 1 year old daughter. Cory, my husband and partner in business, was a loan officer at the time an becoming a Realtor was a natural fit for our growing family.
My part-time job quickly exploded into a full-time thriving business. My husband became a licensed Realtor and joined me in 2016. Since that time, we have developed a successful team of real estate professionals dedicated to meeting the needs and exceeding the expectation of our clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research and find a Realtor that is a good fit for you. All Realtors and real estate companies are not the same. Our experience, knowledge, business philsophies and marketing services vary greatly. Ask questions and don't be afraid to interview a few different agents. It's important to work with a Realtor that you trust and can easily communicate with.
