I enjoy the reaction when a customer has been told it can't be done, then shown they were told wrong. I enjoy that it's something and somewhere different from day to day. I don't like repetitive job jobs where you go in knowing how everything is going to be, how everyone else is go to act, you drive to the same place seeing the same cars and drivers same time the same route. Today it's Dallas, tomorrow could be Ft.Worth. Different customers different attitudes. More than 20 years in this field and it has yet to get old.

First and foremost, it starts with the introduction. First impressions are very imoimport. Then I ask about their issues concerning any problems, or what they are wanting to do for their homes. I investigate to figure out what can be done to meet their needs and goals. .
