In business for over 12 years as a full-time Certified Professional Pet Sitter (CPPS) trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Diseases, Disaster Planning with pets and must continously improve through education to remain certified. I am fully bonded, insured and background checked. I am intelligent and have excellent common sense and observation skills. I do not send strangers into your home and you will be getting a true professional, not a hobby sitter or someone just doing to make "side money".

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interview the client to discover their needs for pet care. Send a quote and information sheet of everything done on the visits. Agree to meet at the clients home (or my home for boarding/daycare), fill out proper forms and gather pet care information, get the key or entry method and that's it!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with honors with a BA in business from Carthage College. I am one of the very few Certified Professional Pet Sitters in this area meaning I passed a 400 question exam on all aspects of pet care and must continually improve thru education to maintain my certification. I am also CHL holder and am certified in pet first aid/CPR. I am excellent with special needs pets and can give medications and injections as a former first reponder.
