What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Most customers have a general idea what is going on with their systems. A lot of times the customer can help diagnose the problem just by explaining what they are seeing, feeling, hearing. They are the best information to help know where to look for the problem. They live or work where the HVAC system isn’t working and know when and what has changed. The pros should be asking all the questions.
