About this pro

Sherry Cabrera Realtors, LLC is progressive real estate company in Frisco, Texas.

After working for big box real estate companies, consistently a top producer and the companywide Top Producer for 2015, I started my own brokerage in 2016. My knowledge of the local market, problem-solving skills as well my penchant for providing outstanding service to my clients is what I have built my real estate business on.

Whether you are selling or buying, I will help you achieve a successful real estate transaction based on your needs and wants while providing honest advice and expertise. My goal is to provide personalized service that culminates in happy, satisfied clients on closing day and according to testimonials from past clients, we're doing just that.

I specialize in the areas of Frisco, Plano, and McKinney and work in both existing resale and new construction and am well acquainted with most of the local, national and custom home builders.

Extremely knowledgable, very responsive and communicative and explained the process very well. We felt very comfortable with Sherry representing us as our agent.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It really depends on how much homebuying or homeselling experience the customer has.  If they are are first time homebuyers I take my time with them and really try to overcommunicate so they undertand and are comfortbale with the process. My goal is to make the transaction as smooth, stress free and pleasant experience for my clients.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've done it all.  I have multiple certifications as well as 20 years experience and own my own brokerage. I am continually taking classes and expanding my knowledge to better serve my clients.

How did you get started in this business?

My mother was an interior decorator and I learned a lot from her.  As a little girl, I drew houses constantly and wanted to be an architect when I grew up.  When I was buying my first house, I was entrigued by the process and knew that's what I wanted to do. I moved to Frisco, Texas after my divorce and worked part time/contract jobs until I got my real estate license.  I signed up with a start up brokerage that provided me with leads to get me started in the business.  I got my first sale six weeks after joining the brokerage and the rest is history.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Helping a single mom buy her first home.  It was a long, hard process, due to circumstances beyond her control, but I told her to hand in there that she could do it. The joy and the appreciation was overwhelming for both of us when she finally got keys to her brand new home.
