About
The concept of Between 4 Walls was developed to ensure that you and your home are presented from your own point of view. With 20 years of experience in the home furnishings and interior design field, our Co-Founder and Lead Designer, Trey Hass has created his version of the ideal designer furniture warehouse experience where you see equal parts of his design skill and eye for quality paired with your personal style and need for value. You are limited only by your imagination.
Trey’s aesthetic could be described as clean and balanced with a focus on texture and patina. He revels in mixing hints of the past with contemporary innovation. His principal influence has always been travel. Whether exploring the villas on Lake Como in Italy or relaxing in one of the many stone and carved wood encrusted café’s in colonial Merida in Mexico, Trey has acquired a love of the antique, vintage, and hand-made curiosities found in these culturally rich regions.
As a premier source for uniquely elegant home furnishings located in Frisco, we are honored to revive the passion and craftsmanship held in the work of old-world artisans through home accents that blend a transitional mindset with an ancient artistry. To this end, we partner with innovative furniture designers and makers to bring you the most current pieces. The balance of style, comfort, value, and quality is unparalleled with our thoughtfully curated collection of furniture.
We are committed to creating spaces that are not only artfully designed, but functional. Our design team is available to assist you in every detail of your project. From furniture and finishes, to art and accessories, we will help you with every aspect of designing your space. Between 4 Walls offers services for every budget. Whether you are just starting out in your first home or have just built your dream home, we will work with you to personalize each step of the process. Because we are working within a warehouse model, we are able to offer high-end design services and products at prices typically twenty-to-sixty-percent below standard retail. Let us embark on this beautiful, shared journey in decorating your home.
I love working with clients to ensure that their home is representative of their personal aesthetic and creates a sense of peace and calm in an otherwise hectic world.

I started out in antiques & retail styling for showrooms and photographers. Then I moved into the home furnishings field and finally made a natural progression into the world of interior design.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients on primary homes and vacation homes. The key is to make each setting a reflection of the client while keeping aesthetics and functionality in mind.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Dwell with Dignity is a super event. It really brings home the fact the world is a small place and we are just a small part of it. Each person deserves respect and dignity. Life is short!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The Design Process is a personal journey and each client needs to have a connection with the individual that they are entrusting with their home.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I think clients should be honest with themselves concerning timing, budget and overall design goals. Interior design is a process and clients have to trust that the process is in play and that it works.
