Q & A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We provide tours of our place and offer a half day of Day Care before a new baby vacations with Woof City. We want to make sure they know it's a new place full of nice humans and friends.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All Groomers are Professionally trained to provide the best quality spa grooming.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Grooming pricing depends on the type of dog and hair. Example, a Goldendoodle in priced higher than a small Maltese because the amount of time and work involved.

Boarding pricing is by the size of the dog, but we are diffinately reasonable and provide the 2nd and 3rd dog at half price.

How did you get started teaching?

I left the corporate world to follow my dream of working with dogs. I went thru several training programs to make sure I was prepared for any situation that might occure. The rest is pure love.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Woof City has the best clients ever. Our clients vary in all ways.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We enjoyed our Christmas vacationers. Woof City provided a special Christmas dinner and a present under the tree for each and every one of our doggies.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Please be careful when looking for a pet boarding place. Make sure to read reviews and possibly do a walk thru tour. Don't forget to ask questions like how often do they go outside to potty and play. Is there an indoor play area and how many dogs are together at any time. Plus, are smaller dogs allowed around larger dogs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What environment will your dog be comfortable in?

Is it ok for your dog/dogs to play with other friends?

Is the facility equiped to provide the needs, ie medications etc. for your dog?
