What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After our initial contact, no matter the medium, I send my real estate app. That gives my client a tool to search for what they want, email me the link to the property AND apply for a loan or prequalification all right within the app! 

We typically meet face-to-face early on in the process and to determine a personal fit for the relationship. 

Then we get them prequalified, signed up as a client and the madness begins! I work hard to get what they want as quickly as possible for the best price....and I'm good at it!!
